DRASS S.A.V.E.R.

Born from the partnership between Swiss dive-watch specialist Squale and Italian subsea-technology leader Drass, the Squale Drass S.A.V.E.R. is a purpose-built tool for professionals who operate in the most demanding underwater environments. Inspired by the historic Squale Master case from the 1970s, this model is directly linked to Drass’s advanced submarine-rescue system known as S.A.V.E.R., bringing together decades of expertise in both watchmaking and deep-sea engineering. 

The 41.5 mm brushed 316L stainless-steel case offers a robust presence on the wrist while remaining wearable for daily use. Water-resistant to 50 ATM (500 metres), it features a screw-down crown at 3 o’clock with a red O-ring for instant visual confirmation of closure – a critical detail for professional divers. The matte black BUND-style steel bezel is unidirectional with 120 clicks and no numerals, designed originally for military divers who needed to time long underwater operations. An additional yellow rubber bezel protector can be fitted to prevent accidental knocks against metal surfaces, particularly useful in the tight confines of a submarine. 

The black dial carries the DRASS S.A.V.E.R. logo in bright yellow, echoed by the hands and square hour markers. All key elements are filled with Super-LumiNova BGW9 for exceptional legibility in low-light and murky waters. A flat, anti-reflective sapphire crystal ensures clarity and scratch resistance, while the solid screw-down caseback is deeply engraved with the Drass S.A.V.E.R. and Squale signatures.

Inside beats the reliable Sellita SW200-1 automatic movement in Elaboré grade, offering a 38-hour power reserve, 4 Hz frequency and 26 jewels – a proven calibre chosen for its robustness and serviceability in professional use. The watch is supplied on a custom black leather strap with yellow stitching and Squale branding, and includes an additional black rubber strap, all presented in a special water- and shock-resistant case.
